AX-ZIP Archiver: Create, view, edit, delete and extract archived files, quick and easy

AX-ZIP Archiver is a handy tool that lets you manage archived files in the style of a file explorer. There are several archive management functions included that let you manage archives to add and extract their contents as well as delete and rename any of the files they contain.

The application lets you browse through your files and folders just like in Windows Explorer with its UI split in two – in one area you can open archive while in the other you can view files. Furthermore, users can add bookmarks to any folder for fast access.

AX-ZIP Archiver makes it extremely easy to explore the contents of archived files – no more complicated than browsing through a regular folder. It can be associated with a variety of archive formats such as RAR, Ace 7-Zip, MS-Cabinet, Java, Xap and self-extracting archives.

The application can be integrated into the Windows context menu, from where you can quickly access various functions, for example the option to add the selected file to archive, or add it to archive and email it right away. Moreover, when creating archives you can choose from ten compression levels and two methods – BZIP2 or Deflate.
