AX-ZIP Extractor: Easily locate and extract archives stored on your local hard drives

AX-ZIP Extractor is a functional utility that lets you quickly find and extract archives stored on your computer, as well as explore their contents just like you can for folders.

The application bundles two browser modules – one lets you explore archive contents and the other can be used as a generic file browser.

To view the contents of an archive you simply need to click on the plus icon shown besides their name. Moreover, archives can be extracted by dragging them from the first panel to the second one. AX-ZIP Extractor provides a search function which lets you easily locate archives or files they contain, with the option to use wildcard characters.

Another useful feature included is the ability to bookmark a file, which lets you quickly access it form the file or archive browser whenever you need to.
