The event or task can be printed, added to the calendar, sent via email or exported as an HTML file. Furthermore, there are various ways you can view tasks such as daily, weekly or monthly, overlay, only work days and others.

Regarding visuals, you can personalize various aspects of VueMinder Ultimate like disabling the toolbar and/or navigation panel, a full-screen mode and customize the colors for each event. As far as sorting options are concerned you can organize your tasks into categories and assign priority types but also create new entries for locations and contacts.

Furthermore, the application can backup and restore your data, sync your calendar, transfer information to USB flash drives, plus it lets you subscribe to your online calendars like Google Calendar, for example.
