XMind: A robust and friendly mapping tool for easily organizing tasks

XMind is a friendly mapping utility that allows you to organize your ideas in a visual manner for simple management of tasks including with a team in brainstorming sessions.

The intuitive interface allows you to create and save each brainstorming session as a separate notebook. Also, you can embed audio notes to create interactive presentations and your mind maps can contain an unlimited number of topics, tasks and ideas.

XMind lets you define the relationships between tasks, topics and ideas, but also view and edit the design structure using the hierarchical view. Prioritizing and organizing item relationships is done in a visual manner and you can add flags, stars, smileys and other symbols to your topics.

It is also possible to add markers to your tasks that show their status as complete, started or paused, insert hyperlinks and file attachments, and add notes and labels to each item.
