NetworkLatencyView is a simple, portable application designed to calculate the network latency for each new TCP connection.

When you launch the program, you can choose between several capture methods, specifically Network Monitor Driver, Raw Sockets, Network Monitor Driver 3.x, and WinPcap Packet Capture Driver, as well as the network adapter.

NetworkLatencyView displays various details such as the source and destination host name and address, last latency time, average latency and destination country.

On top of that, you can enable promiscuous mode, export the data as a HTML, TXT, XML or CSV file, and use the built-in search function.
