GrandPerspective: A reliable disk management solution for Mac OS

GrandPerspective is a straightforward disk management application for Mac operating systems that generates easy to understand tree map representations for any of the folders stored on our disk. This makes it possible to easily identify the largest files and folders which may unnecessarily waste storage space.

In the app, you will need to select a folder that should be analyzed. The default program behavior is to sort the files based on the folders that contain them, although this setting can be changed by enabling a drawer panel.

It is possible to change the sorting criteria using parameters like file type, last access or last change, creation date, extension, name and so on. The tool also allows you to change the color palette as it offers several predefined ones to choose from.

Furthermore, GrandPerspective enables you to create new filters to refine the tree map representations, as well as perform various tests.
