WinStars is a software app that aims to help users view all the objects of our solar system in a 3D simulation. The application's interface is a bit loaded with information as you use it for the first time but it's pretty intuitive.

WinStars lets you choose from 2 modes, planetarium or solar system, and allows users to read a lot of information associated with any given object, being a satellite, planet or spatial probe. The information includes coordinates (longitude and latitude), illumination, magnitude, diameter or distance, to name a few.

The interface is also very customizable and allows you to hide different types of object, orbits or other details. WinStars features a very potent search engine that lets you look for specific planets, stars or solar bodies with ease.
