Portable WinSCP: Portable version of the famous free open source FTP client

WinSCP is an open source FTP client for Windows operating system and it supports the SCP protocol.

Main function of WinSCO is safe transfer of files between your local machine and your remote server.

WinSCP features a simple familiar graphical user interface much like Total Commander, or for those who are really old school, Norton Commander.

WinSCP has multi-language and U3 support. It allows all common file operations on both local and remote machines. The program supports secure FTP and SCP protocols made over SSH-1 or SSH-2 protocols and it supports regular FTP protocols as well.
It allows batch file scripting and batch command line interface and it offers folder sync in a few semi or fully automatic ways. WinSCP comes with integrated text editor but it can be setup to use your external text editor such as Notepad++ as your default setting.

When it comes to security credentials WinSCP fully supports authentication performed using SSH paswords, Kerberos (GSS) and keyboard-interactive protocols.

WinSCP can be completely integrated with Pageant (PuTTY authentication agent) so it can support SSH-based public key authentication.

You can choose whether to store your session information optionally.

The program supports standalone operation using a configuration file instead of registry entries, which is useful for operations done directly from your removable devices.
