CDRoller: A lightweight, yet effective tool for recovering files from CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs that are not detected by Windows

CDRoller is a friendly utility that lets you recover files from optical discs, such as CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays to name a few.

The application comes with a straightforward graphical layout that allows even those with little or no technical experience to work with it, plus it offers some useful tips for beginners. Be aware the program won’t detect content from loaded discs if they have suffered physical damage.

Once you load the CD or DVD you want to recover data from, you can choose from three recovery options: Recover All, Recover DVD Video and Recover Selected. Whichever you choose, CDRoller will try to detect the file format and restore the file tree. Before the recovery job starts you can select if you want to recover files, folders or both of them.

Any information retrieved by the tool will be stored in an output folder you previously defined. This way you can easily access it and store the recovered files in a secure location to prevent losing them in the future.
