Simd is an open source image processing library for C an C++ programming languages that includes numerous advanced algorithms such as motion detection, pixel format conversion, extraction of statistic data from images, and image scaling and filtration.The library’s algorithms are optimized to work with some of the most important CPU extensions, specifically, AVX and AVX2 for x86/x64, VMX(Altivec) and VSX(Power7) for PowerPC, SSE, SSE2, SSSE3, SSE4.1, and SSE4.2.
Simd includes C++ classes and functions to simplify access to the C API and provides support for MSVS and G++ compilers, MSVS project, CMake build systems and 32/64-bit Linux and Windows.
