Spire.XLS is an Excel .NET programming that helps software developers enhance their projects by implementing Excel-related functions within the apps created in the .NET platform and can also be used with Windows Forms applications, ASP. NET sites.

A worthy note for this is that I don’t have a Microsoft Excel dependency, and comes with support for many (e.g. from XLS (97-2003) to XLSX, XLSB or XLSM (2007 and later), while also being able to process Open Office format ODS).

You will also be able to implement file conversion capabilities within their .NET applications, for it supports various out formats (e.g. PDF, HTML, CSV, plain text, image, XML or XPS, while also being able to convert from several formats back to Excel).
