Snippets Generator is a streamlined application that offers an efficient method of generating T-SQL snippets for SQL Server 2012. The tool is portable and light on the system resources, plus it supports templates, and performs tasks quickly.

The simple interface provides two panes where you can create snippets using templates and from scratch.

To create a new snippet you need to fill in the author, title, snippet type, description and T-SQL script. You can manually write the script or import it from an SQL script. Then, you can save the project as a .snippet file, in the output location of your choice.

Snippets Generators bundles various templates, each providing preset code for indexes, databases, tables and a few more actions like retrieve database file sizes, create linked server and get file locations for all databases.
