The purpose of Smart Action Pro is that it's a SharePoint-ready component for Ultimate Forms, and was designed to automate common tasks to efficiently increase the productivity in an organization and enhance the workflow.

The program will allow the users to build and run various actions and are executed on the user command or in a specified amount of time, and they include list items like (e.g. creating, updating, deleting, or copying) on all sites, send e-mails to other users, create subsites from templates, execute procedures that are stored in a database (e.g. MS-SQL, Oracle, ODBC or OLE DB).

The program can also run PowerShell scrips, prin them in a list and send them through email or even save them on the server, manage permissions, and provided the user-defined conditions are met, a task can be initiated or not.

All in all, Smart Action Pro is a great component that will enhance the functionality of SharePoint and will allow users to accomplish their objectives in a timely manner.
