Snappy Fax: A useful application that lets you use your scanner for faxing

Snappy Fax is a simple, yet highly functional fax application that offers many advanced features, but in an intuitive and friendly manner, so even beginners can use it with ease. To establish the connection, you’ll first have to configure your modem’s COM port. Then you can manage incoming and outgoing faxes, but also create scheduled tasks.

Snappy Fax can archives faxes that have already been sent, so you can re-use them at a later time. It also allows you to write annotation on the document – a simple way to makr it up and send it back to the person who sent it to you in the first place.

The application lets you configure the fax job. It requires you to enter the method used for fax routing, sender details, fax signature, recipient information and dialing properties. The fax can be assigned a cover page and even add a custom message to it. Also, there’s a built-in cover page designer where you can create templates from scratch.

The Schedule feature can be incredibly useful when you have to send several faxes. It lets you queue and save for sending multiple documents, at the date and time of your choice. Last, but not least, the application is able to optimize or repair your data files and using the report designed you can create custom fax reports.
