Before Dawn is an open-source, Electron-based screensaver that uses different effects to animate your computer's monitor. Some of the effects include Holzer Truisms, Atari Attract Mode, Blur, Defragment, Emoji Starfield, Pointilize, Screen Flipper, and Screen Glitcher.

While the utility of a screensaver is a forgotten memory with today's panels, they are still a nice visual addition to our computers or laptops and it some cases, they even save up some power when idling for multiple hours.

Before Dawn is one of those nice screensaver applications that once you install and run, you'll never get used to not having one anymore.
