F-Engrave: Convert text to g-code conversion with this simple tool

F-engrave is a piece of software that lets you convert texts to g-code files, with various formatting options for customizing the appearance of your text. You can add a number of effects to th text, save it as SVG file or export it to a g-code file.

There’s just one window where you can access all formating tools and you’ll have to manually type or paste the input text, as well as load BMP or DXF images. Users can change the font height, width, line thickness, spacing between words and characters and also line spacing. Furthermore, the text orientation and position can be customized as you can flipt it horizontally and apply mirroring effects and use left, right or center justification as well as set the location of the g-code origin.

It bundles an impressive list of true-type fonts you can choose from to further change the appearance of your text, and even use customizable g-code parameters like Z rate, feed rate, cut depth, g-code header and g-code postscript.

F-Engrave offers various speciall effects that let you show the input text on an arc and change its radius. All v-carving options can be tweaked, including diameters, angles, the loop accuracy, cut depth limits and the sub-step length. Also, you can see the output as you perform changes thanks to the preview function.
