SideSlide: A comprehensive desktop launcher that lets you set a custom working environment

SideSlide is a modern and feature-rich desktop launcher that enables you to create a custom working environment including notes, a folder container and file shortcuts.

SideSlide can be installed as a regular desktop application or use it as a portable application on a local or external storage drive.

You can easily lock and unlock the workspace for editing, but also fold and unfold the containers. From the context menu, SideSlide lets you access various features for creating containers which include fold3er containers, file and folder shortcuts, system commands, notes, photos, reminders, and system commands.

It’s possible to detach any of these elements from the workspace, and all of them have a set of customizable settings.

The program also lets you change how items appear, edit tags and tweak the app’s settings such as special effects, set it to minimize to the system tray and enable a floating toolbar among others.
