CodeTwo Backup is an application that makes it easy to create local backups of Office 365 and Exchange mailboxes that can be restored if data loss occurs.

In the straightforward interface you can monitor the status of backup tasks, as well as view successful or failed operations. There’s also a built-in wizard that helps you quickly create backup jobs.

To create a new backup task you will need to configure a new connection to the target mail server, define source mailboxes, select the target location or set up the job continuity options. It is possible to choose between a one-time backup or a complete backup followed by incremental backups that can efficiently update all information.
