StakePoint: Plan and manage complex projects, track progress and assign tasks to employees

StakePoint is a project management application that enables you to efficiently plan your projects, assign tasks to other team members and track the progress.

While not mandatory, it’s a good idea to start by creating a database containing all the project team members. The program automatically creates a graphic representation for each of your tasks and projects so you can easily keep track of the progress for each scheduled day or week.

On top of that, StakePoint lets you change the progress status or duration for each task and access the Value and Progress charts to get a comprehensive overview of the progress and invested budget.

There’s also a Resources chart which lets you glance at how your team members or employees are involved in each task.
