A comprehensive school management application providing graph reports

eSchool is a feature-rich school management application that enables you to manage your education institute in every detail, including budget planning, staff management, students and majors, create timetables and generate reports.

While not mandatory, during the initial setup you will be prompted to create a new account for securely storing your information. It’s possible to use a sample database and customize it, or create a new one and manually add all the necessary data.

From eSchool’s main menu you can access all the app’s categories such as staff, students, majors, reports, accounting, and timetable. The students section is fully searchable using filters, plus you can easily print a student’s info or add a new student into the database.

Regarding majors, the related category lets you fill in the name, study system, minimum and maximum grades, number of semesters, and an automatically-generated student ID among others.

In the timetable section, eSchool allows you to set up classes and evaluations, as well as organize them into groups if needed. The accounting category is designed to include the cash registry, school fees, and wages. It also enables you to search individuals and manage their salary and paychecks.

Last but not least, the reports section provides an overview of school expenses, incomes, fees, paychecks and net displayed as a graph for various time periods.
